Dean Zambelli brings over 30 years of experience in finance and operations across the law, healthcare, technology, and manufacturing industries. He has held senior leadership roles at organizations such as Kaufman Dolowich LLP, Widex USA, and Microchip Technology, where he consistently drove business transformation, strategic planning, and financial performance improvement.

Dean’s expertise spans working capital optimization, strategic forecasting, risk assessment, and cross-functional leadership. He has advised private equity firms, board directors, and audit committees on corporate strategy, financial reporting, treasury, and investor relations, and has successfully led numerous mergers, acquisitions, and integrations of both small and large companies.

Most recently, Dean served as Executive Director and Chief Financial Officer at Kaufman Dolowich LLP, a $90 million nationwide law firm. He oversaw a 40-person team across accounting, finance, IT, and operations; led the integration of three law firms; delivered more than $1 million in annual cost savings through lease restructuring; and enhanced operational efficiency through automation and technology improvements. He also established two new subsidiaries and strengthened key functions including billing, collections, and IT.

Prior to Kaufman Dolowich, Dean served as Chief Financial Officer at Widex USA, where he led U.S. integration efforts post-merger with WS Audiology, improved profitability, aligned pricing strategies that increased average selling prices by 5 percent, and restructured compensation models to match corporate goals.

Earlier in his career, Dean held financial leadership positions at Microchip Technology, Gadge USA, and Zebra Technologies. His accomplishments include improving earnings by 5 percent, enhancing operational processes, transforming financial operations into value-add functions, increasing margins, reducing DSO, and streamlining inventory and sales operations.

Known for his ability to balance strategic vision with operational execution, Dean drives financial success, strengthens cash flow, and fosters cultures of accountability and high performance. He holds an MBA in Management from Dowling College and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Long Island University.
