CAREER JOURNEY

Jim Altieri joined Imperial Advisory in 2021 as a Portfolio CFO.

Transitioning to retail brands like Timberland, Tumi and Coach, Jim honed his leadership and management skills while streamlining and reengineering Manufacturing, Sourcing and Distribution by developing sustainable business processes and implementing ERP systems throughout entire Supply Chains to maximize growth and minimize risk. As CFO, Jim assisted a privately held business improve profitability by implementing similar solutions.  This helped revenues grow 44% and margins improve 200 basis points.  The company attracted a $10 million PE investment, restructured, and was poised for additional growth in approximately 14 months.

Jim received his MBA from Boston University and his BS from Bryant University.  A former US Marine and avid outdoorsman, Jim enjoys leading a scout troop to help guide and develop the character and confidence of our youth as they become young adults.
