John Kincke is a finance transformation leader and fractional CFO who has spent his career helping companies navigate growth, restructuring, and organizational change. He has supported more than 70 clients as a consulting CFO, from pre-revenue startups to established corporations with 7,500+ employees and over $1 billion in annual revenue. In this capacity, John has advised businesses on entity formation, system setup, IPO readiness, private equity funding, government grant acquisition, and restructuring, often stepping in as interim CFO or board member to fill critical leadership gaps.
Earlier in his career, John served as CFO of Hospital Housekeeping Systems, where he oversaw financial operations for a workforce of more than 5,200 employees, driving significant cost savings, operational improvements, and profitability growth. Prior to that, as Director of Finance at Tyson de Mexico, he managed finance, accounting, treasury, and IT across six manufacturing plants in Mexico. There, he implemented SAP Financials in just 90 days, launched cost reduction initiatives saving $5M monthly, and designed executive dashboards to improve visibility and performance tracking.
John’s background also includes leading enterprise finance system implementations, such as transitioning Amerada Hess’s 800 retail locations into Oracle Financials while serving as Vice President of Professional Services at Performance Retail. Earlier in his career, he held CFO and treasury roles at Hoerbiger Corporation of America and Nagle Manufacturing, where he built deep expertise in cross-border finance and operational integration.
Fluent in Spanish, French, and English, John is known for his ability to bring clarity and structure to complex business environments, bridging strategy and execution to deliver results. His technical expertise includes ERP and financial systems such as SAP, Oracle, Hyperion, and Xero, along with experience in M&A, financial modeling, and investor relations.
