She currently serves as Senior Manager and Commercial Co-Pilot for Nestlé Health Science’s $450M Medical Nutrition portfolio, where she leads forecasting, month-end close, pricing strategy, and cost savings initiatives. Her work includes building financial models, reporting frameworks, and tools that improve forecast accuracy, support commercial decisions, and enhance supply chain alignment.
Previously, Stephanie held leadership roles at Nestlé as Multi-Site Factory Controller and Finance Manager, where she improved reporting integrity, strengthened plant operations, and led SAP integration and SOP development. Before Nestlé, she served as Finance Manager and Controller at Westminster Foods, overseeing multisite operations, leading accounting teams, and producing automated reporting and profitability analysis for executives and board members.
Earlier roles at Luxottica, First Data Corporation, and Estée Lauder Companies expanded her expertise in budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and OPEX management.
