Financial Management with leadership for enhanced business efficiency (e.g. monthly financial review with leadership team)

Identify and mitigate potential financial and operational risks

Optimize resource use for better efficiency and savings

Weekly/biweekly meetings to review deliverables, timelines, content and status

Provide insights on processes and systems discovered during review process

Guidance and mentorship for accounting and finance team

Ad/hoc analysis/advice on team skillsets, structure, compensation, succession

Manage Cash Flow 

Vendor selection process (e.g. banks, insurance, legal, IT, finance systems, training and development, etc.)  

Manage outside relationships such as banks, accounting/bookkeeping firms, auditors, etc.Review and redesign financial processes, to ensure productivity and efficiency 

Review systems in place and suggest improvements necessary to ensure productivity and efficiency 

Annual review of Accounting and Finance team structure, skillset, performance and compensation  

Assist with recruitment for Accounting and Finance team if necessary (along with recruiter)
