Thomas G. Amato joined in July 2024 as a CFO, bringing over 40 years of experience in corporate finance, strategic planning, and capital raising. He has held leadership positions across multiple industries, including telecommunications and computer telephony, with a strong track record of enhancing corporate growth and profitability. Before joining, Thomas served as CFO for companies like Dialogic Corporation and Intel’s Dialogic Division, where he played a key role in corporate development activities, including acquisitions, divestitures, and shareholder value enhancement.

Thomas earned his AB in Economics from Princeton University and an MBA in Finance from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
