Thomas Crooks joined Imperial Advisory in June 2024 as a Portfolio CFO, bringing over 30 years of experience across healthcare, software, and consumer goods industries. Before joining the team, Thomas served as CEO of Coastal Healthcare, where he grew the organization from 13 to over 70 providers and significantly increased profitability. He also held key financial leadership roles, including CFO at Datacolor International and Langeveld International, where he managed global financial operations and drove business transformation.

Thomas holds an MBA in Finance and International Business from NYU’s Stern School of Business and a BS in Finance from Rutgers University.
